Collard season in Georgia starts in October and continues through June of the following year.  Satsuma and Turnip harvesting also begins in October.

The harvest continues for Apples, Cabbage, Cantaloupe, Carrots, Cucumbers, Pears, Pecans, Peppers, Pole/Snap Beans, Pumpkins, Squash, Sweet Corn, Sweet Potatoes, and Turnips.

The Georgia harvest of Field Peas, Muscadines, Okra, Peanuts, and Tomatoes ends in October.
